What We Do
Our clients are growth-oriented businesses and entrepreneurs in need of strategic counsel to catalyze progress. We partner with our clients through all phases of an organization’s life cycle — from selecting the corporate structure best matched to an enterprise’s assets and goals to developing a continuity plan to secure the future of an established venture. We understand that growth is not always measured in market share or dollars, and we work with our clients to attract and retain key talent, design policies and procedures that reflect company culture and goals, and solidify important vendor relationships.
Jacky’s employment counsel is informed by each company’s culture, industry, and unique business concerns. She has an impressive track record defending employers against complex class and collective actions, but she really shines when counseling clients through difficult internal decisions when the future of the company hangs in the balance. Whether facilitating day-to-day compliance with federal and state employment laws or performing enterprise-wide policy audits, Jacky provides holistic guidance that integrates best practices with each business’s operational needs and goals.
Rebecca serves as outsourced in-house counsel to businesses and entrepreneurs, working to develop legal strategies that create opportunities for growth while protecting and increasing value. Rebecca combines experience as corporate counsel to start-ups and growing businesses with an extensive trial practice representing companies and entrepreneurs in civil and criminal contexts. Every contract, agreement, and strategy she crafts is informed by a first-hand understanding of how policies, contracts, and actions (or inaction) can be used both as a sword or a shield when things go awry.
